Tim Easton's Ammunition is essentially a folk record that references pop,
blues and rock. The sound is moody and deep. Tim, along with co-producer
(and longtime Lanois sidekick) Mark Howard, put the finishing touches on
and mixed it all in Joshua Tree, CA and that desert vibe is palpable.
Though the centerpiece is unanimously the enthralling love song "Next
To You," there's a decided political edge to many of the songs. In
the grand tradition of American Folk Music, this is a record that takes
a stand.
