Back in the 1990s, Peter Gabriel and Karl Wallinger
invited musicians from around the globe to join in
a week of collaborative writing and recording sessions.
The result is this unique album of culturally diverse
tracks by this collective. The collective includes
Hossam Ramzy, Natacha Atlkas, "Habibe" and
Márta Sebestyén, Sinéad O'Connor,
Rossy, and Papa Wemba, and others. The album has a
world music feel to it, and sounds like it could be
a Peter Gabriel album. Definitely worth checking out...
