General Contest Rules:
Here are the official rules for WMVY-FM
/ mvyradio.com contests and promotions. Employees
of Aritaur Communications, mvyradio.com llc,
and their families, and employees of WMVY/mvyradio.com
prize suppliers are not eligible to win. You
must be 21 years or older to enter. One prize
per household every thirty days. One entry per
household per contest. All winners are responsible
for any state and federal taxes on prizes. All
prizes must be picked up within thirty days
of winning the prize. Prizes are not re-deemable
for cash nor may one prize be exchanged for
another. Winners agree to let mvy use their
names, voices, and likenesses in any other promotional
announcements. Any photos that are entered into
our contests become the property of mvy and
may be used on our website. Contest rules are
available to the public at mvy Studios in Vineyard
Haven, MA or by writing to: mvy Contest Rules,
P.O. Box 1148, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. mvy
reserves the right to change or amend any of
these rules at our discretion as announced before
the contest begins. Signing up for any contest,
promotion or survey on this website automatically
signs entrant up for the monthly mvy newsletter.
Newsletter recipients can opt out at any time.
We do not give out info to third parties.
